2nd National Scientific Conference "Regulated markets - legal, financial and market competitiveness aspects"

On 7 March 2023, the 2nd National Scientific Conference "Regulated markets - legal, financial and market competitiveness aspects. Generator and consumer markets, one or two energy perspectives?" will take place on campus. 

The main scientific and practical objective of the conference was to show megatrends and challenges facing companies in the regulated sector of public goods (public goods) and to propose changes and solutions in the areas of law, financing, management to ensure the competitiveness of this sector.

The conference was inaugurated by the Rector of the WSB University, Prof. Zdzisława Dacko-Pikiewicz, PhD.

The opening speech was delivered by Ms Gabriela Morawska-Stanecka, Deputy Speaker of the Senate of the Republic of Poland, honorary patron of the conference.

The conference was also inaugurated by Mr Frédéric Faroche, CEO, Chairman of the Board of Veolia Group in Poland, which is the main partner of today's conference, and His Excellency Mr Anastase Shyaka, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Rwanda to Poland.

Also present among the guests were representatives of regional authorities, including Mr Krzysztof Klimosz, member of the Board of the Silesian Voivodeship.

In the first part of the conference, the lecture was delivered by:
