Intercultural Workshops at WSB University

The event was held in the campus in Dąbrowa Górnicza. International staff members from both Kraków and Dąbrowa Górnicza participated.

This is the next edition of the #INTERLAB+ workshop focusing on the European Commission's priority of inclusion and diversity. This year's edition started in April and will run until the end of December. The idea behind the workshop is to increase students' and staff's awareness of cultural differences and their impact on our behavior, as well as to create positive relationships based on respect and tolerance. The concept of the project was prepared by the training team Marta Brzezińska-Hubert and Anna Szlęk in collaboration with the Erasmus+ International Training Team (TCA) of the Fundacja Rozwoju Systemu Edukacji (FRSE).

Overall, the intercultural workshops were a great success. They helped to create a more inclusive and supportive environment at WSB University. By improving intercultural communication skills, the staff are now better equipped to assist and connect with students from all over the world.
