WSB University scientists high in the AD Scientific Index 2023 ranking

June this year saw the release of the next edition of the AD Scientific Index 2023 ranking, compiled from Google Scholar results. It is a compilation of the best scientists from around the world, which also included WSB University staff.

In the latest instalment of the ranking, Dr Katarzyna Szczepańska-Woszczyna, Prof. AWSB, was ranked in the top 100 scientists in the field of Business & Management in 20th position.

On the other hand, in the field of Social Sciences / Transportation Science & Technology, the position 48 was occupied by Katarzyna Chruzik, Ph.D., Professor AWSB, and the position 53 was occupied by Iwona Krzyżewska, Ph.D., Professor AWSB.

The AD Scientific Index 2023 is a ranking system based on the Google Scholar database. The ranking is created on the basis of publication rates and the number of cited publications. The AD Scientific Index ranks individual scientists and researchers, disciplines and universities based on their total H-index, i10 index and citation scores in Google Scholar over the past five years. The ranking includes rankings of the top universities in the country and the world, a productivity ranking, a discipline ranking, a citation ranking and a ranking of the top 100 scientists in the world.
