You cannot start an internship before submitting initial documentation - may be sent as scans via e-mail.

Final documentation (after completing an internship)

All submitted documents must be original documents, stamped and signed with original hand signatures.

Keep copies of your documentation.

• Students who started after October 2020
  - Must follow the full procedure
  - May conduct an internship in the place of employment
  - May present internship work performed during employment in the documentation
  - Self-employed students: must present the full documentation and two positive references from clients. There will be a verification interview to receive a grade.
  
  
• Students who started before October 2020
  - May use a simplified procedure
  - Submit: 
  1. Application for Credit for the Internship on the basis of Employment/Conduting Business Activity/Taking other forms of activity (Annex 6 of documentation for students who started before October 2020)
     
     and
  2. Employment: Employment certificate/contract and list of duties
  3. Internship/Volunteering: Certificate and list of duties
  4. Conducting Business Activity: two positive references from clients
